OUR STORY
Yash Industries is a partnership firm and the sustainability and recycling arm of Yash Group, a well-established leader in the home appliance manufacturing industry. Headquartered in Hyderabad, Yash Industries marks a significant step in backward integration, with a mission to manage electronic waste responsibly and close the loop on product life cycles. The unit is equipped with a modern recycling infrastructure and a processing capacity of 15,000 metric tonnes annually.
Founded in 2023, Yash Industries was born from Yash Group's commitment to reducing its environmental footprint and embracing circular economy practices. Recognizing the growing challenge of e-waste and the responsibility of manufacturers in managing it, Yash Fans established this new unit to take ownership of the post-consumer stage of its products and the industry at large.
Yash Industries is fully authorized by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and operates in full compliance with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, handling collection, dismantling, and recycling of electronic and electrical equipment. It not only recycles end-of-life products from Yash Fans but also works with corporates, OEMs, and bulk consumers to provide responsible e-waste management services.
This strategic backward integration strengthens the group’s supply chain, promotes resource recovery, and ensures sustainable operations from manufacturing to recycling—setting a benchmark for environmental stewardship in the Indian electronics and appliances industry.
